Whistleblowing

Reporting section

The Whistleblower protection is fundamental for the companies working on the Lyon-Turin project not only for the compliance with the law, but also because they feel they should make the working activities related to the project transparent and even more they believe they should exercise the right-duty to “shine the light” through the Whistleblowing system.

Pursuant to Law no. 2016-1691 of 9 December 2016, known as Loi Sapin II, which applies to TELT as a body governed by French law, and having taken note of Article 54-bis of Italian Legislative Decree no. 165/2001, TELT has put in place an alert system for behaviour which may refer to corruption attempts or other unlawful acts directed at employees, collaborators and suppliers.

The recipients of this procedure are:

  • Company directors and TELT’s corporate bodies,
  • TELT employees,
  • Partners, suppliers, consultants and external collaborators.

The report may be made anonymously to the Company Ethics Officer or to the Ethics Committee in the way specified in the procedure attached to the Code of Ethics. TELT protects the whistleblower from any form of retaliation due to the reporting and guarantees maximum confidentiality.
