4. THE LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING: The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent and is carried out for the following purposes: To improve the experience of web browsing.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES: The interested party has the right to request of the Data Controller access to his/her data, their rectification or deletion, for the processing to be limited and/or the possibility of opposing the processing of the data, to request the degree of portability of the data, to revoke processing consent, making use of these and the other rights provided for by the GDPR by means of a simple communication to the Data Controller. The data subject may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, as provided for in Art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to bring an action before the appropriate courts (Article 79 of the Regulation).

TELT allows interested parties to visit its sites on French and Italian territory by filling in the forms on the dedicated pages of the company’s institutional website.

The personal details provided shall be used by means of computerised and telematic instruments for the sole purpose of providing the requested access to the construction sites and, for this reason, shall be stored exclusively for the period for which such concession is valid.

The legal basis of such processing is to be found in the tasks of public interest or, in any case, associated with the exercise of public powers vested in TELT – in order to promote awareness of the activities, planning and progress of the works – as public promoter for the planning, construction and operation of the cross-border section of the joint Italo-French part of the new Lyon-Turin freight and passenger rail link.
